Carlisle United sign midfielder Teddy Jenks from Worthing on two-year deal

Carlisle United have completed the permanent signing of midfielder Teddy Jenks from National League club Worthing. The 24-year-old moves to the club on a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee, with an option to extend the deal for a third year. Jenks began his career at Brighton & Hove Albion, eventually making his professional debut for the team at age 17. His career includes loan stints at Aberdeen, Crawley, and Ross County, as well as a permanent spell at Forest Green Rovers. Most recently, Jenks contributed 13 goals during Worthing's successful National League South season in 2025. He joins the Carlisle squad immediately as they look to integrate his experience into their lineup.
