Carlos Prates promises to knock out Islam Makhachev in future title fight

Carlos Prates expresses confidence in defeating Islam Makhachev after watching him retain the UFC welterweight title against Ian Garry by unanimous decision at UFC 330. Prates, who attended the event on August 17, vowed to secure the title for Brazil, stating he would knock Makhachev out when they meet. Makhachev's victory marked his second decision win in welterweight bouts, after a dominant final round against Garry. Prates plans to challenge Makhachev in December, ahead of a potential title defense against top contender Michael Morales next summer.
