Carlos Tevez plans farewell match featuring Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo

Former Argentine forward Carlos Tevez is organizing a testimonial match at La Bombonera in Buenos Aires. Scheduled for December, the event aims to feature more than 60 former teammates, including Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, on the same team. Tevez has held discussions with Boca Juniors president Juan Roman Riquelme regarding the event dates, targeting either December 12-13 or the following weekend. The match is intended to serve as an official retirement celebration for Tevez, who concluded his career in 2022. While participation from the two marquee players remains unconfirmed, the event is planned to highlight Tevez's career across his stints at Boca Juniors, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Juventus. The match aims to bring two of the sport's most prominent figures together on the same pitch for the first time in their careers.
