Carolina Panthers sign Tyrel Dodson and Anthony Goodlow to practice squad

The Carolina Panthers added veteran linebacker Tyrel Dodson to their practice squad on Monday. Dodson was recently released by the Dolphins over the weekend. He entered the league in 2020 as an undrafted free agent with the Buffalo Bills, where he first worked with current Panthers General Manager Dan Morgan. Over his career, Dodson has recorded 379 tackles, 11.5 sacks, four interceptions, three forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries. During the 2024 season, he started 16 games for the Dolphins after arriving in a trade from the Seahawks. In a separate roster move, the team also signed defensive tackle Anthony Goodlow to the practice squad on Tuesday.
