Caroline Hedwall remains the only golfer to record a 5-0 Solheim Cup

Caroline Hedwall holds the distinction of being the only player in Solheim Cup history to finish with a 5-0 record in a single event. The Swedish golfer achieved the mark during the 2013 tournament, where she helped Europe secure its first victory on American soil. Hedwall played all five matches during that competition, which remains the largest winning margin in the event's history at 18-10. She also clinched the point that allowed Europe to retain the trophy with a 1up victory over Michelle Wie. Hedwall has since moved into a vice-captain role for the 2026 Solheim Cup, where she hopes a current team member will match her performance.
