Carson Beck shines in Cardinals debut against Panthers in Hall Of Fame Game

Summary

In the Hall Of Fame Game on August 6, 2026, at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, rookie quarterback Carson Beck delivered an impressive performance for the Arizona Cardinals against the Carolina Panthers. Beck completed 15 of 19 passes for 188 yards and a touchdown, highlighting his potential in a game largely dominated by backups. Beck faced criticism earlier in training camp over his arm strength and deep ball accuracy but debunked those concerns by efficiently executing head coach Mike LaFleur's offensive scheme. Despite his strong debut, Beck is not currently Arizona's starting quarterback. The Cardinals aim to build on this performance as they prepare for the upcoming preseason.
