Cavs, Nuggets, and Clippers finalize three-team trade deal

The Cleveland Cavaliers, Denver Nuggets, and Los Angeles Clippers have completed a three-team trade. Cleveland acquires forward Peyton Watson from Denver, who will sign a four-year deal worth $88 million including a player option and trade kicker. Max Strus is traded to the Clippers, while Denver receives an unprotected 2031 first-round pick and a 2032 second-round pick from Cleveland. Last season, Watson averaged 14.9 points, 4.9 rebounds, and 2.1 assists per game for the Nuggets, while Strus averaged 11.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, and shot 40% from three-point range for Cleveland last season.
