Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb stated his intention for the team to demonstrate a more dominant performance throughout the 2026 season. Entering his seventh year in the league, Lamb emphasized a desire to translate team expectations into consistent on-field action. The Cowboys look to rebound from a 7-9-1 finish in 2025 and aim to end a two-year playoff absence. While the offense remains built around Dak Prescott, George Pickens, and Lamb, the team also focused on defensive improvements to help elevate their competitiveness. Lamb, who recorded 1,077 receiving yards and three touchdowns in 14 games last year, is expected to lead the offensive effort. The team opens the 2026 season with a road game against the New York Giants on September 13.
