Celine Boutier won the ShopRite LPGA on Sunday, finishing at eight under par. Arpichaya Yubol, who shot a five-under 66, ended a stroke behind after receiving a one-stroke penalty for slow play during her second round. This was only the second penalty of its kind issued on the LPGA this season. Despite the setback, Yubol's performance marked her second runner-up finish of the year following two missed cuts earlier in the season. The U.S. Women’s Open is next, beginning Thursday at Riviera in Los Angeles.
