Celtic and Paderborn negotiate over Mika Baur transfer fee
Summary

Celtic has not yet met Paderborn's €5 million valuation for midfielder Mika Baur, who has agreed to personal terms with the Scottish club. The 22-year-old German U21 international is currently at the center of transfer discussions as Celtic is €300,000 short of Paderborn's asking price.
