Celtic is reportedly interested in French midfielder Cheick Souare from Viktoria Plzen as the transfer window closes. The club seeks to strengthen its midfield after Arne Engels’ recent £25 million move to West Ham United. Souare, a dynamic player who can play across midfield and as a winger, faces competition from Genoa, Monza, and Getafe. Reports suggest Plzen expects offers between €3.5 to €4 million for the 23-year-old, who has 20 goal contributions in 69 appearances. Celtic's decision on a potential offer may come soon as they address their midfield depth concerns.
