The Boston Celtics are predicted to select Arizona forward Koa Peat with the No. 27 pick in the 2026 NBA Draft on Tuesday. NBA writer Andy Bailey highlighted Peat’s size and potential, despite questions about his shooting consistency. Peat averaged 14.1 points and 5.6 rebounds in his lone season at Arizona. Analysts suggest he could develop into a key small forward for the Celtics, potentially pairing with Jayson Tatum in the future. Discussions around Giannis Antetokounmpo could impact Boston’s pick as well.
