As the 2026-27 NBA season approaches, three Boston Celtics players—Payton Pritchard, Derrick White, and Mitchell Robinson—are identified as key figures needing to step up. Pritchard, following the departure of Jaylen Brown, is expected to take on a larger scoring role, while White aims to improve his shooting efficiency after a disappointing previous season. Robinson, joining from the Knicks, is tasked with bolstering the center position and addressing rebounding issues. The Celtics' roster has transformed since their championship in 2024, with only a few players remaining from that team.

- •Robinson aims to solidify the Celtics' center depth after joining from the Knicks.
- •Celtics roster has changed significantly since their 2024 championship.
- •Pressure mounts as the season approaches with high expectations.
