The Boston Celtics have agreed to a deal with Devin Carter as of September 14. Carter will compete for a roster or two-way spot during training camp following his recent waiver by the Atlanta Hawks. A 24-year-old guard, Carter played one season at South Carolina and two seasons at Providence, where he was named the Big East Player of the Year in 2024.
