Central Bucks East defeats Bensalem 63-19 in high school football game

Central Bucks East defeated Bensalem 63-19 on Friday night at Bensalem Township Memorial Stadium. Senior running back Mike Price led the Patriots with five touchdowns during the Suburban One League non-conference contest. The visiting team established an early lead by scoring on their first six possessions of the game. Ten total touchdowns were recorded between the two teams during the opening half of play. The Patriots move to a 2-1 record on the season while the Owls remain winless. Central Bucks East continues their season with a league game against Neshaminy on September 18. Bensalem plays their next game against Council Rock North on the same date.
