Chad Baker-Mazara files lawsuit against USC over coach's tirade

Chad Baker-Mazara, formerly of USC, has filed a lawsuit alleging that head coach Eric Musselman subjected him to a racially charged tirade in the locker room after a loss to Nebraska on February 28. The lawsuit claims that Musselman's comments were discriminatory, targeting Baker-Mazara’s Dominican heritage. Baker-Mazara, who left USC shortly after the incident, is suing for breach of contract and other claims, including the termination of his NIL agreements by USC. The former player alleges that the morals clause cited by USC is vague and unenforceable. USC has not commented on the lawsuit.
