Chaotic weather forecast threatens UFC Freedom 250 at the White House

UFC Freedom 250 is set to take place on the South Lawn of the White House on Sunday at 8 p.m. E.T., but officials are facing a chaotic weather forecast. The Weather Channel predicts a 60% chance of thunderstorms, heavy downpours, and wind gusts up to 34 mph, which could delay the outdoor event that attracts over 4,000 attendees. The venue will have a large overhang to keep the octagon dry, but lightning within eight miles will trigger a 30-minute pause. UFC chief Dana White stated that rain alone would not cancel the event. Fans began arriving for 'UFC Fan Fest 250', which included various activities leading up to the fights.
