Chargers place OT Isaiah World on NFI list ahead of training camp

The Chargers have placed offensive tackle Isaiah World on the non-football injury list as they prepare for training camp, which begins this week. World, signed after going undrafted from Oregon, is recovering from an ACL tear sustained during a college playoff game against Indiana. He played three seasons at Nevada before transferring to Oregon, where he started 14 games in one season. The Chargers will have their full squad report to camp on July 28, with the first practice scheduled for the following day.
