The Los Angeles Chargers have signed outside linebacker Andre Carter, reinforcing their defensive lineup. Carter, 26, entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 2023 after playing at Army. He has previously been with the Vikings, Raiders, Lions, Dolphins, and Commanders, but has only appeared in games for Minnesota and Las Vegas. In a corresponding move, the team waived receiver Mante’ Morrow.
