Charles Vanhoutte has permanently joined Feyenoord from OGC Nice after one season with the French club. His transfer does not incur a loss for Nice, who signed him for €6 million last summer. Nice recently appointed Olivier Pantaloni as the new head coach but will not have Vanhoutte available for the upcoming season.
