Charlotte Flair has been on the WWE main roster for over a decade and has done almost everything there is to do in the promotion. But there are still a couple of angles she has in mind that she has yet to explore. In an interview this week with WFAN, Flair revealed these story ideas that pique her interest. “So I’m in a tag team with my best friend right now, Alexa Bliss, that’s been awesome, special. I want to win number 15, that’s definitely on the list…but I’ve never been involved in a romantic storyline, or have been opposite a male character. So I think that would be cool. Or I’ve never led a group. There’s been the Four Horsewomen, but we were all individuals.” When asked if WWE’s leading babyface Cody Rhodes makes sense as the male character for this romance angle, Flair was quick to cross him off the list of her potential love interests. I mean, given their family history, can you imagine a Flair and a Rhodes falling in love with each other? “If it was Cody, I think that would be more about legacy and power versus romance. Second generation…the characters are similar, in some ways. But it would be more for dominance and power [rather than love].” Before the interview wrapped up, Flair put over Kiana James as someone who will “do big things one day” in WWE, while also expressing interest in a program with Sol Ruca. Who knows, maybe they will be in her future faction if she ever gets to lead one in WWE. Do any of these ideas proposed by The Queen sound appealing to you as a WWE fan?
