Charlton Athletic have finalized the signing of forward Cassandra Korhonen. The 28-year-old Swedish player joins the South East London club from the Danish A-Liga side HB Køge. She has agreed to a two-year contract at The Valley. Throughout her career, Korhonen has played in Sweden, Finland, Portugal, and Switzerland before her most recent stint in Denmark. She has also represented Sweden at the Under-21 international level. It remains unclear if she will feature in the club's upcoming Women’s Super League match against Everton this Sunday.
