Chaz Coleman faces uncertain future with Tennessee Volunteers ahead of 2026 season

Summary

Chaz Coleman has returned to campus as the Tennessee Volunteers prepare for summer workouts, but his status for the upcoming season remains unclear. The Penn State transfer has deleted his Instagram account, raising concerns over off-field issues. This situation parallels last year's controversy surrounding Nico Iamaleava, who faced a high-profile NIL dispute before transferring to UCLA. The Volunteers have added pressure as Coleman is unable to enter the transfer portal, potentially creating a difficult environment within the team if his issues persist. Head coach Josh Heupel aims to keep Coleman involved, but the outcome hinges on resolving the current situation.
