Chelsea goalkeeper Ted Curd has re-joined National League leaders Boreham Wood on a season-long loan deal. The 20-year-old returns to the club following a previous loan spell last season, during which he made 34 appearances and helped the team reach the National League promotion final. Boreham Wood manager Luke Garrard stated that the decision to bring Curd back was immediate. Curd will now compete with Luca Gunter for the starting goalkeeper position.
