Chelsea is approaching a finalized deal to sign 16-year-old midfielder Vicente Garcia from LA Galaxy, with the agreement expected to conclude soon. Garcia has committed to joining Chelsea when he turns 18 in the summer of 2028. The Blues are set to pay around $3 million initially, with potential add-ons. Currently, Garcia remains with LA Galaxy, where he made his first professional contract as a homegrown player in January 2025. He has already gained experience, featuring in 16 matches for Ventura County FC this season while also being part of LA Galaxy's senior squad.
