Chiara Consonni and Tim Torn Teutenberg win Philadelphia Cycling Classic titles

The men’s race concluded with Tim Torn Teutenberg taking the top spot, continuing a family legacy established by his aunt, five-time winner Ina Yoko Teutenberg.
