Chiefs appoint Burns & McDonnell for new practice facility project

The Kansas City Chiefs have selected Burns & McDonnell as the owner’s representative for their new practice facility in Olathe, Kansas. The $300 million facility will cover approximately 155 acres and is slated to open before the 2031 football season. Burns & McDonnell will collaborate with CAA ICON to manage the design and construction phases. Chiefs Executive Vice President Matt Kenny expressed confidence in their local and global expertise to ensure quality development. The Chiefs have also shared design renderings for a new stadium set to open in 2031.
