Chiefs remove G.E.H.A branding from Arrowhead Stadium name

The Kansas City Chiefs announced today that the 'G.E.H.A Field' branding has been removed from Arrowhead Stadium. The venue will revert to its original name, reflecting a decision from both the Chiefs and G.E.H.A. Mark Donovan, the Chiefs' president, stated this change honors the stadium's rich history. The partnership with G.E.H.A will continue, focusing on community programs. Arrowhead Stadium, opened in 1972, is set to be replaced by a new domed stadium across the border in Kansas, which is slated for completion in 2031.
