Chris Henry Jr. prepares for Ohio State matchup against Texas

Ohio State freshman receiver Chris Henry Jr. is expected to play as the Buckeyes travel to face Texas this week. Henry Jr. is the son of the late former NFL receiver Chris Henry, who played five seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals before his death in 2009. Former Bengals teammate Adam "Pacman" Jones and his wife, Tishana, became legal guardians for Henry Jr. and his brother DeMarcus in 2021. This arrangement, made in coordination with the boys' mother, Loleini Tonga, provided the brothers with additional support as they navigated their football careers and recruitment. Henry Jr. is now a contributor for an Ohio State team currently ranked No. 1 in the country. His sister, Seini, is also a student-athlete at Ohio State, where she plays on the volleyball team.
