Chris Kamara prepares for Great North Run to raise prostate cancer awareness

Chris Kamara is set to participate in the Great North Run on September 13 to support prostate cancer research. He will run alongside his son Jack and TV host Ben Shephard, despite facing challenges from his speech disorder diagnosed in 2022. Kamara emphasized the importance of sharing experiences with those affected by prostate cancer. This year's event marks the 45th anniversary of the Great North Run, anticipating around 63,000 participants.
