Christian Moore returns to Angels for series in Texas

Christian Moore was recalled by the Angels from Triple-A Salt Lake on August 22. He participated in two games during the recent three-game series against the Texas Rangers, which the Rangers won 2-1. In the series, Moore went 1-for-8 at the plate with one double and struck out four times, starting at second base in both games. This marked his first MLB appearance since June 26, contributing to an overall.179 batting average in 2026 across eight games. He had a successful season at Triple-A with a.302 average and 11 home runs before his recall.
