Christian Reeves, center for Kansas basketball, is nearing a return to full activities as the 2026-27 season approaches. He has recovered to approximately 90% after offseason labrum surgery performed on May 7. Kansas coach Bill Self stated Reeves isn't cleared for full-contact practices yet, as the team exercises caution with his recovery. Reeves is expected to significantly bolster the team's frontcourt depth after averaging 11.1 points and 7.8 rebounds last season while playing at Charleston.
