In Chula Vista, Third Avenue became a lively hub for soccer enthusiasts, celebrating every moment of the tournament. “It means everything, man, especially for the community, especially for Chula Vista... everybody comes together, the culture man, Mexico, especially with Mexico, everybody, jam-packed everything you can see the culture all the culture come by from Argentina, España, Mexico, everybody pulling up for Third Avenue just showing out to everybody all the culture,” Rafael Padilla said.
