Cincinnati Bengals claim offensive lineman Myles Hinton off waivers

The Cincinnati Bengals claimed offensive tackle Myles Hinton off waivers on Monday, one day after the Philadelphia Eagles released him. Hinton, a second-year player selected by Philadelphia in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL draft, did not secure a spot on the Eagles' initial 53-man roster. The 6-foot-6, 323-pound lineman missed his entire rookie season due to a back injury. Cincinnati added Hinton to address a need at the swing tackle position following the release of veteran Cody Ford. Although Philadelphia experimented with Hinton at guard during the offseason, the team opted to retain 10 other offensive linemen. The Bengals now integrate the former Michigan and Stanford standout into their roster as they prepare for the upcoming season.
