Cincinnati Reds claim right-handed pitchers Marinaccio and Solesky off waivers

On August 6, the Cincinnati Reds claimed two right-handed pitchers off waivers. Ron Marinaccio was claimed from the Pittsburgh Pirates, while Chase Solesky was claimed from the Tampa Bay Rays. Marinaccio, who had a brief stint with the Pirates, allowed four runs in 5 ⅓ innings. Solesky made his MLB debut earlier this season and had a 6.79 ERA at Triple-A Durham.
