Cincinnati Reds' Hunter Greene returns to injured list with elbow soreness

Cincinnati Reds pitcher Hunter Greene has been placed back on the injured list as of August 5. This decision comes less than a month after Greene made his return from a previous stint on the IL, following elbow surgery in March to remove bone chips. His recent performance included just five starts, during which he experienced soreness in his surgically repaired right elbow. The Reds will need to assess Greene's condition moving forward as they manage their pitching rotation.
