City players train in Manchester before travelling to face FC Porto

The Manchester City squad completed a final training session at the City Football Academy on Monday before departing for Portugal. Manager Enzo Maresca confirmed the travelling roster for the opening match of the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League League Phase. The fixture is scheduled for Tuesday at the Estadio do Dragao. City enters the European competition following an undefeated start to the domestic Premier League campaign. The team most recently secured a 1-0 victory against Coventry last Saturday to maintain their position at the top of the league table. Players will prepare in Porto for the upcoming match following their arrival from Manchester.
