Clarence Weatherspoon holds history as number 30 for Houston Rockets

Clarence Weatherspoon joined the Houston Rockets in 2003 as part of his final two seasons in the NBA. Throughout his tenure in Houston, he played under jersey number 30. He finished his time with the franchise averaging 4.3 points and 3.6 rebounds per game. Weatherspoon entered the league as the ninth overall draft pick in 1992 following his college career at Southern Miss. Before his arrival in Houston, he played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Golden State Warriors, Cleveland Cavaliers, and New York Knicks.
