Clear Fork Colts capture first conference golf championship

The Clear Fork High School girls golf team won its first-ever conference championship at the Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference tournament on September 17, 2026. In challenging weather conditions at Twin Lakes Golf Course, Ella Schmidt took medalist honors with an overall score of 87, leading Clear Fork to a team score of 363. The team surpassed all competitors in the fourth round of the season, marking a significant achievement for the school, which previously had no championship banners in girls golf.
