Chelsea Football Club announced today that affiliates of Clearlake Capital Group will acquire the ownership interest of Todd Boehly. This transition will also see the acquisition of Mark Walter's ownership interest, giving Clearlake full control of the club. Todd Boehly and Clearlake initially partnered in 2022 to acquire Chelsea amid significant uncertainty. Hansjörg Wyss will remain a key stakeholder and partner in the group.
