Clemson features three top college football players ahead of 2027 NFL Draft

Clemson continues to showcase its talent with three players ranked among the best at their positions for the upcoming 2027 NFL Draft. Linebacker Sammy Brown is highlighted as the nation’s top linebacker, while defensive end Will Heldt and cornerback Ashton Hampton also receive recognition in early rankings. Brown recorded 194 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, and 10 sacks over two seasons, earning praise for his impactful play. Heldt, who recorded 7.5 sacks last season, is expected to take on a larger role on the defensive front. Hampton has contributed 77 tackles, 17 pass breakups, and three interceptions in his career and will see an expanded role next season.
