Cleveland Browns decline to sign Luke Floriea to practice squad

The Cleveland Browns have decided against bringing wide receiver Luke Floriea back to the team following his release from the initial 53-man roster. Despite a strong preseason performance where Floriea recorded six catches for 95 yards and three touchdowns, he cleared waivers and was not included among the practice squad additions announced on Monday.
