Cleveland Browns release Luke Floeria, KT Leveston and Tyreak Sapp

The Cleveland Browns reduced their roster to 53 players following the league-wide deadline this week. Wide receiver Luke Floeria, offensive lineman KT Leveston, and defensive tackle Tyreak Sapp were among those released by the team. While the receiver room faced significant competition, Floeria had received attention for his preseason performance. Leveston, who previously competed for a starting spot at right guard, was cut entirely despite his potential utility as a depth option on the offensive line. Sapp was also released from a crowded defensive tackle group where he had shown development during training camp. The organization now moves forward with a set roster, though these specific personnel decisions have drawn questions regarding depth and long-term asset management.
