Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson exits game with knee injury

Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson exited the team's Week 1 matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars during the first quarter after sustaining a knee injury. The running back initially headed to the medical tent before walking to the locker room under his own power. Despite an attempt to warm up on the sidelines during the second quarter, Sampson was ruled out for the remainder of the afternoon. Before his exit, Sampson recorded two kick returns totaling 64 yards. Running backs Quinshon Judkins and Raheim Sanders will handle the team's remaining backfield workload for the duration of the game. Sampson remains sidelined as the contest continues.
