Cleveland Guardians eye Hunter Goodman from Colorado Rockies amid strong season

Hunter Goodman delivered a standout performance in a recent game, hitting two home runs and four RBIs in the Rockies' victory over the Athletics. Goodman, who has 20 home runs this season, has drawn interest from the Cleveland Guardians, who seek to improve their right-handed hitting as they contend for the AL Central title. The Rockies, positioned far from playoff contention, may consider trading Goodman in exchange for young pitching prospects, including Austin Hedges and other minor league players. His potential move to Progressive Field may raise questions about his ability to maintain his production outside Coors Field.
