CM Punk gains weight, teases return to WWE SmackDown in July

CM Punk has been away from WWE programming for the last two months, which has led to rumors about potential problems in their relationship. Punk’s physical appearance has also become a big talking point during his WWE absence, as he now looks totally jacked. A recent report indicates Punk will be back in WWE for a Chicago date in July, with there being a plan to move him over to the SmackDown roster to help balance out the star power on WWE’s weekly Monday and Friday shows. With all of that in mind, CM was back on camera tonight doing commentary for Cage Fury Fighting Championships. Punk looked uncomfortable wearing a tight suit, and he blamed it on recently gaining 20 pounds. He also teased a move to WWE SmackDown while being non-committal about working a future CFFC date: “It’s a Friday?
