Remember back before Elimination Chamber last year when The Rock did a whole bit about wanting Cody Rhodes’ soul before John Cena turned heel and it led to a the WrestleMania main event “The Great One” ended up not even being involved with? Even at that time, Rocky was talking like his entire story with Rhodes would never culminate in a match between the two.
