Pro Football Focus has ranked Anthony Colandrea of Nebraska with the third-highest grade among returning Big Ten quarterbacks. Colandrea earned a grade of 89.9 following a standout 2025 season with UNLV, where he was named Mountain West Offensive Player of the Year. In that season, he completed 275 passes for 3,459 yards and 23 touchdowns, alongside 649 rushing yards and 10 rushing touchdowns. Colandrea's impressive stats follow two years at Virginia, where he totaled 352 completions for 4,083 passing yards. The top two quarterbacks in the Big Ten, Julian Sayin and Dante Moore, received grades of 92.9 and 90.2 respectively.
