Colorado and Colorado State resume football series in 2029

The Rocky Mountain Showdown is currently off the schedule following the final meeting between Colorado and Colorado State in 2024. Neither school has a game against the other for the 2026 season, which opens with Colorado playing at Georgia Tech on September 3 and Colorado State facing Wyoming on September 5.
