Head coach Shane Steichen stated the team is always researching potential additions but expressed confidence in the existing players. Pierce is sidelined without a specific return timeline, while Downs may participate in joint practices soon. The competition for the WR3 spot remains open among Ashton Dulin, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, and Laquon Treadwell, who is also dealing with an injury.
